Terms of Agreement for Scuba Diving Trips with Shipwreck Explorers LLC aboard Molly V

Reservation and Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation for a multi-day group trip, a deposit is required, which will be invoiced with a specified due date. For individual sign-up day trips, payment is due upon completion of the trip. For dive shops/group day trips, payment may be collected in advance by the group or shop leader to ensure all participants are secured.The deposit ensures that your booking is guaranteed for the selected dates. In some cases, the remaining balance for the trip may be requested ahead of time. We kindly ask that all payments be made in a timely manner to avoid any disruption to your trip.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Preferred Methods: Venmo, Zelle, Check, Cash, ACH bank transfers
  • Other Methods (processing fees apply): PayPal, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) – a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies)

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancelled less than 3 days before a departure, the charter fee payment is required.
  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for cancellations of multi-day trips. Deposits are non-refundable within the 30 days.
  • Cancellations due to weather conditions will not incur any charges.
  • If Shipwreck Explorers LLC cancels the trip for reasons other than weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment toward a future trip, at your discretion.

Training and Certification Requirements

All participants must possess the appropriate scuba diving training and experience for the scheduled dives. Certification cards must be provided prior to the trip.

Liability Waiver

All divers must complete an online liability waiver before participating in the trip.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information, provided at the time of booking, will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances – as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Charter Prices

Prices listed on our website and in promotional materials are accurate at the time of publication. However, prices may change due to factors such as rising gas prices or other unforeseen circumstances. Any price adjustments will be communicated on our website and in updated promotional materials as they occur.
